I never said i would or would not believe in telepathy.
You basically don't know the people on this forum (nor do i), yet you stand there alone, pointing with your finger at all the others, calling them "sheep" who only believe in the media and let themselves be guided and fooled by it.
It is not really your personal opinions which are the reason for the response you get here. It is the way how you express them... the way how you start your threads.
You make a thread, writing some random stuff together, out of context, and without any punctuation... making a line break after every line you typed... etc. How do you expect anybody to take you serious like that? But hey, this has been told to you several times now. And i'm most sure you will ignore this paragraph, like you did with all the others that contained "advice" on your posting manners.
I am a free mind, and i believe in what seems right to me. And as far as "following the media" goes... i don't have a TV, and i don't read newspapers.
But anyway, keep making your "confusing" threads... they are always good for a laugh.
No it doesn't. It has ACCOUNTS of SUPPOSED telepathy, but zero evidence any more real.
The Media are more likely to believe folklore than science in my opinion.
They should eat more then. The Earth is pretty crowded anyway, so we shouldn't worry too much!
Black boxes are not indestructible, and plenty have been damaged beyond repair in air accidents and testing.
errr, you!
Neither I doubt. When we do get 'The Truth' it will be via niche scientific journals; take many years to become accepted as the truth; and disproven between 20 and 400 years later.
Very true...read up on the Copernicus/Galileo/Einstein timeline to see EXACTLY how common thinking evolves. In fact...Tristan, have you been reading The Big Bang by Simon Singh as well?
Breaking News....The Earth IS NOT FLAT!!!!
No no, let me zoom in, right, I just pull this fella off from ground and drop from 1000ft, see he get's very flat and non solid, now paramedics are coming, I think I can hear screams, 'hand of god' perhaps, can't quite hear what they say...
Do you remember what I wrote to you in one of your threads? Can't remember if it was pyramids or something else, anyway I have same thing to say as your texts are still same
Of all those 'nice people' one agreed with you, one looked at you in a funny way and one made the same "i knew you were going to say that" joke as was made here.
The rest of your post was just completely weird.
And trust me, I'm far from being a sheep, but you are just a little bit too odd for my liking. Bordering on insanity i fear.
Why is it cruel? If a species other than human can't survive in an environment, then it becomes extinct (locally or globally). It's accepted, and part of evolution and nature. If it happens with ants, termites or bison we don't really care. It's their fault for trying to stay put during the dry season rather than chasing the water/pastures etc.
So why is it cruel when I think those in perennial drought conditions are beyond help. No matter how much money stupid people donate during Comic Relief there will never ever be enough water or food to go around the ever increasing population. And because the few people who do survive are so busy surviving education isn't possible. In other words we are throwing money at them for nothing. The sooner we accept that parts of the world are not habitable sensibly the easier it all becomes.
That doesn't make me a Nazi (which was generally all about a super-race rather than mere nature taking its course). It doesn't make me selfish (I'll never meet them, whether they live or die makes no difference to me as humans (including myself) are ultimately merely animals to whom the laws of nature still apply). It just makes sense. If they survive then great. But the reason the human race now has cars and planes and computers and money is because some bright sparks thousands of years ago twigged it was stupid to stay in Africa (or wherever) and moved to more temperate zones. Survival of the fittest. Something human beings seem to think is beneath them.
Because the droughts aren't exactly the problem. It's a much more complicated issue which the aspect of water-not-falling-from-the-sky is but only one facet - but I agree and from what I've read even educated Africans (of the non-white complexion) agree as well: throwing money at them accomplishes nothing. Not because it doesn't create enough food - but because, obviously, it rarely reaches the ones in need.
I really thought you were saying certain stuff just for shock value, but you have now proven , without any doubt, that you are a complete cock of the highest order.
Lerts may be slightly crazy but at least he isn't an abhorrent little piece of sh*t like yourself.
It's really rather scary that you believe the drivel that comes out of your rather large mouth.
He has been using bit too much of certain product I believe as his thoughts are running in circle, I would say he is more sheep than some of us, he just picks some idea he reads and then tries to find other people that would agree.
However as he has been using that product bit too much, logical thinking seem to be absent, also he seem to be missing self criticism quite totally, which would be needed if one would ever going to be evolving.
But sure some are sheeps, unfortainly.
edit:
I would say earth currently has 50% too much population, at least. Even it is cruel that people are starving to death, I think it is not really something anyone else should interfere.
It is similar to if you born to rich family or poor family, you may born to world that does not have enough resources to support your life.
Is it better to try to save all those people and drag whole world into same situation at some distant future or accept fact that world population can't be this high forever, if there is going to be life in distant future also?
Forget feelings and think it with reason only and conclusion is very easy and clear. Put feelings into play and you get mess as always with feelings.
When you've lived four years amongst people who don't have enough food to eat day-to-day (like I have), you can come and find me - say that to my face, and I'll knock your block off.
