Throttle Cut
ok i realized while racing, that the throttle on lfs cuts while driving, so ill be driving half throttle even and it cuts out the throttle for a split second, not during shifting ,, at any throttle range, when its held for about 10 seconds, ill see the green gauge at the side disapear for like a split milisecond and then come back.
i just want to know if this is the way the game is or whats going on.
most likely a busted potentiometer in throttle pedal.
i dont think its the potentiomete because on everyother game its fine, and when i go to the setup to the wheel and i put it to the floor like i always do,, it doesnt cut or nothing,,, the meter stays fine.

Do you have combined axis? If yes the trottle will "cut" whenever you pres the brakes.

LFS does not cut, used to have cut on shift as an aid but that has now gone.
What car are you driving? The universal throttle cut aid was removed in Patch Y, but some cars still have it because their real-life counterparts do. The FOX, FO8, BF1, FXR and XRR (I think that's all of them) automatically cut the throttle while upshifting which enables the driver to just keep the throttle floored.
no i dont got s2 so i wouldent even know about those cars,
but the XR i think it is the XRT with out the turbo or what ever.. ill have it floored and when im not shifting like on a straight away even doing a 4th gear pull from like 20 mph the throttle will like cut for a second. i doubt its my wheel because it works fine on every other game, and like i said when i use my wheel on the program i set up the buttons with it doesnt cut.
Quote from Mustang GT-R :no i dont got s2 so i wouldent even know about those cars

Oh, I misunderstood your question and didn't notice that you're still on demo.

What kind of wheel do you have?

Does it cut for long enough for the engine to drop in revs, or do you only notice it because of the green bar?
well i only notice because on the BMW F1 thingy its more noticebly, its like a cough, i dont loose anyspeed, and yeah its only really noticeibly because of the green bar, like i mean 1 milisecond the engine sound cuts, so im not loosing anyspeed, just i dont know whats really wrong.
ohh btw its a madcatz MC2 wheel i rigged up for the computer lol...
maybe its cause its rigged, but the program i use to assign the buttons on the computer detects no problem with it and no throttle cuting or cutting of anyother button of that matter.
