Don't think so.. but it just works.

if not, you can try this:
Install patch X, install high-res pack, update to patch Y.

Anyway, I think patch Y has no problems with that high-res pack.

1. Install hires pack
2. Install patch Y (even if you have it installed already)

Everything should work that way.

i've noticed a blueish tint on the cars at fern bay. i assume it's in the reflection as when i turned it down in cfg (as the installer recommended, i just wanted to see what it looked like before) it was less noticeable, but still there.

change in your cfg.txt the point "Car Shine" from 1 to 0.30
