A friend of mine just recently got a new computer. So i asked him if maybe he could swap because mine absolutely sucks.

My main current computer stats are.
2.8ghz
512mb Ram
And nvidia geforce4 mx 440-se

his are 2.4ghz
512mb
And the graphics card wasnt saved to my chat log. But i remember it being something made by intel.

What else should i find out about his computer, and my one? To tell you so you can tell me if it's going to be better then my current one.

well its make is urm i think.
Intel(R) and underneath it it says Pentium(R).
Where can i find the model of mine as well?

I cant ask hiim anything yet, he's not online. When he does come on though ill ask him all that i get from here.

edit: oh i forgot to say, he got a new computer, but he's swaping me the new one lol. Its not his new one that he's swapping.

Damn i thought maybe id be able to get a better lfs machine.
Seeing as my fat dad doesnt want to spend any of his money on buying me a new computer, when he's spedning it all on his new dvd recorders and all that crap lol.

These will give it considerably more oomph, but won't break the bank.

It'll still not be quite up to modern standards, but it'll certainly be an improvement, especially for something relatively graphically simple like LFS.
