A Race Track Breakdown?
Is there a site that describes all the different types of race tracks? (difference between GP track, club track, etc)

Also is there any directory that describes in depth about what a real life circuit would contain? (types of turns, chicanes, Esses, etc)

What do you want to know? I'm a bit confused a real race track consists usually consists of some tarmac with a strip of grass/gravel/tarmac run off area and some barriers. The track twists and turns and changes elevation in a fairly random natural way they shouldn't be designed in a scientific way, some new ones are and they're all crap.

The difference between a GP and club track isn't real, some GP circuits will never hold a Grand Prix and are really club circuits, it's usually just denoting the layout of a circuit used at higher profile meetings. A club circuit usually implies that a circuit is mainly used to host amateur club events rather than top level professional racing, but if you take that literally you'll find there are only a handful of circuits in the world that actually don't rely on a lot of club racing to keep them going.

Ah ok thank you.

But what about terminologies for specific turns like Chicane, Esses, Hairpins. Is there a site just specifically for race track terminologies on types of turns?

It's all rather vague really an esses is two or more distinct fairly fast corners of opposing direction. A chicane can be similar but is usually slower or less distinct and more of a kerb hoping straight lining exercise and often added to a circuit as a speed lowering safety measure. A hairpin is a tight corner of over 90 degrees, how far over and how tight it has to be is down to interpretation.

Some people will tell you that corner, bend, curve and turn are non-interchangeable and that depending on the angle, speed, line or colour of the kerbing distinguishes what it is.
