just want so say what a great sim LFS is, and to post up a movie (on youtube) of my simulator tub! i have been working on for some time...

I think he means the actual physical environment he's in, ie the motion simulator, not LFS.

I've got to say that looks pretty damn good!!!

having problems with unlock, I think that the unlock every friday is an ok system when everything is working fine... but I have had some issues with xp recently and everytime i had a system crash, xp would load a known working version and then i would have to unlock LFS, Now this is ok when the system is near the Lan, but mine is in the garage and everytime i have the issue i have to lug the dam thing in and wait a week to unlock.. Now i do love LFS but this only seems to have been a problem since i installed "Y"... If it was just a case of bringing in the pc then , ok i can accept that, but having to wait a week... I realise that this helps preventing piracy etc, and i do agree that online verification is a necessay evil, but why not just take the bios serial (from the dmi pool) or work out a system like big brother (microsoft) and use hardware verification then if the hardware has had a major change then wait a week, otherwise the system works out the licence is legit and allows instant authentication...

hope you can understand all that,

so i guess for now i will have to wait and hope the machine doesnt crash again after the next unlock....

Not sure if i understand your post but thats a lap in the sim i built..

I think he meant that ur title wasnt clear enough because im pretty sure that by reading the first line u posted u understand that its a racing simulator u've been working on and not the actual machine.

Also a little improvement is (if it doesnt move when u turn or u dont feel the bumps) maybe get the buttkicker set up on there :P would make it better.

Thanks for the suggestion, i have been trying to remember what the name was of that device, now i know.. will investigate it...
