there are 100s or maybe 1000s of servers when u activate the filter "empty" (cant speak france, so dunno hows it in your game)

Press the Multiplayer tab, then on the next screen at the bottom right is 4 tabs (private, empty etc) Click them to your satisfaction

What exactly is a cruiser? Still kinda new to playing online sorry, I've seen this mentioned a lot, and I'm not really sure what it means. I'm thinking people that just... cruise around the track?
