In theory, you can afford Logitech FF EX, buy used Formula GP wheel, and use 2 wheels giving you 3 pedal (if you take out 4th pedal as I did) set (thats what I have). As for shifter, you'll probably have to make it yourself or use FF joystick

I found my Logitech Force Feedback GP today, was so excited. Plugged it all in, put it on my bed before strapping it to the computer desk and out of no where I start to get the faint smell of burning plastic...

I look over to my left and see smoke pouring out of the top of the wheel, I lift it up and the bitch is on fire...on my bed!
