Hey all thought i would post here to see if there is any lfs guys going this year?
I think myself and a few m8s are going up for it but i am just trying to find out stage info and stuff so we can sort out what stages we going to make it to . If anyone has any info or is planning on making a trip post away!!

They tend to not publish which stages are being used, to avoid boyracers attempting to give it a quick go. They do tell on local press/radio about a day before, so if I get any info then will post.

My cousin is racing in it again this years, still the 205 so hoping to go to at least one of the stages.

Yeah kinda thought it was that i did find a site (think it was forrestry commision) Detailing which parts of forrest would be closed for the Snowman, but cant for the life of me find it .

Will be checking local papers and web site for the next week as there going to be atleast 2 car loads going up and we dont want to be ****ing about as it will be a 150 mile round trip for the day . Would be awsome if you could post anything you find out m8 as will i if i find anything cheers m8!!!!

From what I can gather, there is 1 stage in the woods by Tain, a couple in Lairgs and the rest in the Inverness area, as for precise locations I don't know. Might head through tonight though for the pre checks on the cars, and catch up on the rumours and whatnot.

Well i had a look about and found some info stage 2 is a non spectatoer stage and the ones after that from what i have gathered are atleast 30 miles norht of Inverness .
So we have decided to give it a miss this year as its to many miles for us to cover and we dont really know area past Inverness.
If you find out some solid info please post might change mind if stages are on good area thanks.

Aparrently there is a stage in Scotsburn, I think the one 30miles north sound like it could be Tain woods
