Logitech Profiler @ Athlon 64
That's me again!

Tonight I plugged my wheel in and tried to play LFS. It wasn't detected as I hadn't downloaded the Logitech Profiler. I find a download link to the 5.01 (latest) version of it, and install it. My wheel is detected ingame but for some reason, my ffb isn't constant, it tends to cut. I think 'Oh this computer is probably 64-Bit!' so I go get the 64-Bit version of the Profiler. Now it won't let me install it. Do you guys have any idea of what causes those problems? My wheel was perfectly working just two days ago and now it's start acting up on another system. Thanks!
Why are you even using the profiler?? There is NO use for it! You don't need profiles, the application just causes more trouble than you think it does good.

Using 64-bit XP here, and virtually 90% of any drivers/software I download will work, even if they don't support 64-bit OS.
Without the profiler it's like I had no steering wheel, LFS doesn't detect it.

You only need 64-bit apps if your operating system is 64-bit - tbh i doubt it is.

I find that hard to believe.

LFS should detect any controller in the game, even if it doesn't have drivers installed... or profiler software
I unticket something in the profiler which made my wheel act weird. It's fine now.

The profiler is good for the fact that not every game needs the same FFB setup, and it sure would be a pain changing it every time.
