Here is my skin, i want to ask if i should make the flag all to the front part until the glass? (window, or whateva) or should i leave it right there.

Hmm I think you should make it go a bit higher and make it fade slowly. Right now it feels like you had another bonnet and you put the flag, and changed bonnet. Kinda feels like the flag got cut.

So yeah I think you should at least try to make it go a bit higher n see what it looks like
