No, it's not really an error. As Atari had a comeback some years ago as a publisher for games.

10 tacle had a partnership with EA for GTR, i guess it's the same now with Atari.

As I understand it 10tacle is a German only publisher. All other copies of Simbin's are under Atari (which exception of one, but I cant remember who it is under off the top of my head).
