using a steering wheel as an ebrake?
hi, well i have an extra cobra tt lying around, and im using the gas on the for a clutch and ive seen people use steering wheels as ebrakes and i was wondering how they do it cuz it stays half way on for me while im racing... calibration is very confusing with it lol cuz i cant seem to figure out how to make the center of the wheel, to the left or right

Take the thing apart and build a e-brake with the components from ur wheel?
If I remember correctly XCNuse made something like that. I believe the wheel was attached on a chair, then a stick connected to wheel works as the hand break handle.

you have to calibrate the steering wheel for only one half of its range
1) make sure calibration lock is set to off
2) identify the handbrake/wheel axis on the right
3) press the c next to the correct axis (you might want to pull it out of its centre just a smidgen before you do and never let it go lower than that during calibration... will give you a little bit of a dead zone but ensures that you wont drive around pulling the handbrake all the time)
4) after moving the wheel through the range you want to use for the handbrake hold it somewhere in that range and enable calibration lock
