Sure beats looking at long replays to get to know a track.
Very good for beginers.

Good ideia and nice job.
I don't know what's faster.. the BF1 or how fast Forbin can talk. While watching the video, this came to my mind:

On a more serious note, excellent videos & great work you guys.

Nice job
Crackin tune on the Westhill link
Appie's all about the hard techno. Damn Dutchies.
Well, all I can say is the parts where you shown the track and the text were kinda too short...you have to pause it every time
I would just freeze the video and overlay the next track segment with the instructions on how to drive through them... But I guess those videos are pretty useful... I also cant say anything about the lack of editing or special effects since it would be like saying that a textbook doesn't have colorful pictures...
good job overall

Well the intention of the these videos where to give some of the newer guys in LOTA a chance to see how fast the track/car can be run without having to go get hotlaps, view replays, or anything else that might also be time consuming and/or difficult. I agree that the pauses, primarily in the first link, are a bit to short. Looks like Appie's song wasn't quite long enough!

Secondly, and like you mentioned, there is no need for special effects or increased editing efforts. Of course the quality could always be improved but let me mention the fact that these where Appie's and Forbin's (David) first videos ever! I'm quite happy with the quality of work considering their experience.

I really wish these guys would considering doing this again for LOTA. Some of the mid-pack drivers used to learn a lot quickly, from these videos. Once again thanks for the commments, I hope these comments will influence the guys to come back and try it again.
This is a comment:

Appie's and Forbin.....come back and try again!!
Nice informative vids.
I find that it helps to have the visual steering wheel on in those cases and also as squidhead said it is better to freeze the video and overlay the text. It helps you imagine how to apply the instructions given on course.

Agreed, that's a must from here on out IMO.
