G25 info
I'm looking to buy a G25 in canada, I'd prefer to get it from a retailer store, rather than ordering it online, but I'm wondering if anyone has bought or seen one instore. if not, where would you recomend I get one from the internet? I'm in western Canada if that helps.
Try NCIX? They're in around Vancouver I think.

I got mine from Canada Computers here in Toronto.
I think I saw one on broadway, but I think they are mail order or something. I'll look into it.
I got mine from FutureShop for 240$
NCIX was where I bought mine from, was tons cheap too.
WOW! only $200! that fantastic!
and one last question, is the H shifter on the G25 better than an Actlabs one? should I buy and actlabs one at ditch the G25's?
A lot of ppl report problems with the g25 shifter but I honestly dont have too much of a problem with it exept that sometimes I put it on 5th and it goes to neutral.

But I really dont have much trouble with it Make your decision depending on how much the actlabs one costs I guess .
the actlabs one is $100ish. I could order a G25 and see how it goes. is there a certin revision model to get?
I doupt it. However yeah I think you should just get the g25 n see how the shifter is. I doupt u'll still want to get the actlabs one. Shifter feels a bit loose and makes a bit of noise but its not that bad. You have nothing to lose if you wait before buying(or not) the actlabs one.
good point .
If I get that then a friend wants to buy my momo off me
I don't need 3 wheels lying around (dead Formula Force GP for sale! )
Lol im hesitating between getting a g25 at my moms with the 210 fps pc or to upgrade the one at my dads which gets around 50-60 fps and has a g25. At my moms i have momo O_o
Quote from dawesdust_12 :NCIX was where I bought mine from, was tons cheap too.

Hmm, currently $222. Good price, good price.

and btw, if I get one, what settings do you guys run yours on (900, 720 etc)? and do you changed it to something lower when driving formula and GTR cars?
I like to set it to the one that the devs set for the car ingame but sometimes I go for 900 degrees just because most cars have 900 or higher in real life :P
I keep mine at 450, is a good balance between controllability and precision, also saves me from needing to change it from car to car, because that 1 rotation works for all but MRT.
Changing rotations is a bit of a pain in the ass, because the profiler uses the damn sliders so you're always +- 3 degrees, and then you have to change it again in LFS.

Nevertheless, I always use the rotation that the cars are.
My G25 has been running perfectly from the 3 months a go i got it, i tihnk the G25 shifter is better than the ATC one because it can be changed between seq/manual.

Anyway, when u get it, learn to start with 900deg, clutch and shifter, cus then you get better at it, and used to it. I started with it, and now its second nature now kinda... if you know what i mean.
thanks, its going to be about 3 weeks till I get one anyway (parents) :/
It means ENGLISH only! We live in a bilingual country (apparently...) so usually products have english AND french instructions. If they don't have both, they say either ENGLISH only or FRENCH only. This only has english. If you think you can live with that, go buy it!
/me is a n00b
Order placed, should take up to 2 days to deliver!
Cool Cool. Its really fun . Specially if you still go on cruise servers :P that 900 degree feature makes you spin the wheel all over the place when getting chased
