I need a program...
...with the help of which I can check who has access to my internet connection. I use a notebook and I have access to the internet through our router. No one downloads anything and sometimes the speed is horribly slow... Once I tried to set a password to the router, I set a password at Belkin's site (168.x.x.x) but I can connect to it smoothly, and it doesn't ask for the password. ???

I would be glad if someone could offer me a program... Or any help would be appreciated

I dont know how you can do it via an app, but I know if i log into my router it'll tell me who's connected via Wireless.
I use a Belkin router, and after I set the password at its site, I had to change the type of the connection on my notebook, because I had no internet access until I changed it to WPA security... Now I have access of course, but I don't have access to Belkin's site... I can't understand, that's crazy...
You shouldn't be able to access the settings from a remote computer, you should only be able to access it from a computer directly connected to the router via Ethernet cable.

Even works if i log into a router connected to a wireless access point which i'm connected to.

That depends on the router and its settings.
