Bit of off-roading?
I don't mean autocross, I mean being able to explore more outside the track. I used to have a demo of a game called Viper racing which was pretty cack but I spent hours driving the car off the beaten track and missioning it around off road. You could drive really far and it was quite challenging to see how far you could get this viper to go before it got to the point of no return. Thoughts please... ollie.
I remember reading from somewhere that LFS can't handle "open roads" or tracks with more than on choise of path. So 1st it is LFS programing restricted thing. Secondly it would require maybe too much work for its small use. In viper racing the open areas were mostly just big flat wide areas with maybe little bumps there and here. But it was still fun in some weird way to explore the outlands

One thing suggested before is a mudpark or autocross park which could be just a large area with some bumps and jumps, same way as the current autocross park, but more rough terrain. But LFS would need more cars for it, simply because the current cars aren't exactly well suited on dirt racing. There is the RB4...and some say that FZ5 is nice in rallycrossing too.

you can do the same in Mercedes World Racing
A buggy track like the CORRS series off roading . . . Is it CORRS? I catch it sometimes on late night Motors TV. The buggys look the old Radio control buggys you could get (Maybe still can, but I'm old and my kids arn't old enough to have decent toys yet.) That would be ever so slightly cool.
