1) what I've to do to use the downloaded skins? where can I find them?

2) where can I find "the replay analyzer "Analyse for speed"?

1) If you've downloaded skins, put it in the data\skins-folder, then you can create a new colour in the garage (left hand side of the screen) and choose the one you like to use. If you mean the skins of other players you download while playing, be advised that it's very much frowned upon to use them. Many of those skins are for private or team use, so you're better off downloading public skins from the skins section on this forum or dedicated skin-sites...
