I know that this one's an old chestnut, but it still seems to affect me.
It's the stutter that occurs online when someone new joins and/or a skin loads mid race.
(If it happens when I'm going through the South City chicane, the results are often 'interesting'!

Does anyone else still suffer with this?
Can anything be done to prevent it?
I'm using the standard Patch Y by the way - no test patches - and have a healthy broadband connection.
