Here we have a new web for download skins replica from real cars, it has some free skins and some pay-for-download skins, it's a very litle payment.

It has a forum were you can propose new skins, and if you want you can donate your skin for the free skin section.

It's a good webpage, and the LFS creators knows that it exist.

The free category it's going to increase with some new skins, we only want you enter in the webpage and look that give us your opinion and take part of that, you can give us your skins for the free category and moore.

Not to mention seeing that most of the skins they "sell" are replicas of real cars which are copyright of their *real* owners.....something you just cannot sell. Your own original designs-sure. But replicas, despite the amount of time that yoou might spent making it - you don't own the copyright, you cannot sell.

And why, oh why I have a feeling that these blokes just rip other people's work? Maybe they don't, but If I ever see something I created on that site, or something someone else created, but did not give permission, even in the free category..snap, oh snap indeed.

Youcan be sure that all of the cars are made by me, all the skins are originals. If not... we could have more skins than 26, no?

The only way you could ever make money from LFS skins would be to make them to order. Someone asks for a specific skin, you make it.

I can guarantee you that you'll pay more for your web hosting than you'll ever make back from the skins. Let me show you why. Currently on the home page, one skin for 1.5 Euros.
Here it is for free.

And that's only in the 7 pages of LX skins. Imagine what it's like over at Master Skinnerz with hundreds of people making thousands of skins. For free.

it could be good if the buyer could request the skin he wants and then pay. like in some tattoo shops people can just say what kinda tattoo they want and they give the tattoo desinger few days. or people can bring a picture what they want into the tattoo. if u would do the same on skins u would probaply make money

@ The Skinforspeed.com dude (). You could probably keep your buisness alive (Just) by doing personal skin requests as they said above

Hats off to the guy, he saw an opportunity and went for it.

If people choose to buy skins, then there's nothing you can do about it.
Maybe there is more to be made from one-off or teamskins, but for anyone to pay for these they would want to see a portfolio first, and the site is exactly that.

nice, u could make something that it costs when u are doing very good skins(if u wanna profit of this skinning) and if the requester doesnt give money he doesnt get so detailed skin.just my toughs

I make my skins for fun, and not for profit, I think you should do the same. if you really want to sell skins, they are going to have to be very elaborate and hard to make.

Yes, the celica for example...
You can find a high res skin and als othe dirt skin of it, so nothing new.
Don't try to get rich by selling skins...

You have two different Initial D AE86 skins. One has a black bonnet. The other hasn't.

You have to pay for the one with the black bonnet.
