i am wondering how i set up a sever? i tried it before but no one could join. is there like a link or something that could tell me how to set one up right? thanks

Swerve into the lane traveling in the opposite direction on the streets and aim for a car. Somethings bound to sever. :P

As far as I know yes but even if you couldn't you could always download the dedicated LFS host, it's free

ok i can set up the sever any everything but the problem is no one can join it does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?

You need to reattach the severed item. Then try forwarding port 63392 TCP/UDP to the host's IP using your (hopefully still attached) router.

(P.S. I'd get a needle and thread ready just in case)
