Well you can't blame him for being critical, he didn't even over use the basic filters you get with most editing programs. He also used fixed cameras instead of those magic floating ones, you know the ones that look like the camera man is Harry Potter on his broomstick and he keeps dropping the camera. The most fatal error was the static text explaining the purpose of the video at the start, he needs to make it 50 times smaller and make it drift across the screen. Then he can claim to be teh L337Z0R 3D17OR!11

Well i think the video quality could be better....alot better.
And i really didn't get it...the point i mean.
Try no to using shots where you don't see nothing going on soo much.

I think the idea is to show off his time, for people to see it using just a replay then you would need the tweak file too. It looks like he has attempted to do a realistic looking drag run, often all you get at low level drag racing is onboard cameras and start/finish line ones.
