EDIT: Weird... those skins are now fullsize... When I looked earlier they were tiny, about 600x400 !

Yes, you naturally need S2 for it, as FXR is only in S2 (Not even S1).

How to use: Just put it into /data/skins folder and in garage, press "new color" (Or something) and pic the skin.

I admit it, english police car paintings makes it noticable. And thats the point! What is the point of invisible police car? Imho police presence decreses violations.

Yes - It's supposed to make it visible... but some people still some how manage crash into it when its covered in fluorescent yellow reflective stickers
