Max Mosley has been declined a court injunction to remove the video - it's back on the NOTW site and probably unblocked (it was blocked to UK viewers, which is silly as YouTube doesn't have to comply with UK law) on YouTube.

Linky to article about no injunction
But let's look at the motivation too:

"I have, with some reluctance, come to the conclusion that although this material is intrusive and demeaning, and despite the fact that there is no legitimate public interest in its further publication, the granting of an order against this respondent at the present juncture would merely be a futile gesture."

It's available everywhere, so it can be there too! Overall the piece of news is interesting, though, and adds far more (from both sides) than the sentence I quoted.
How about Raef 'The Barnet' Bjayou from The Apprentice.
Or someone from F1 that'll be out of a job later this year, Takuma Sato
I'd love to see Taku in the job. He'd give F1 cars jet engines and spiked wheels, maybe even machine guns! Vote Taku!
would you really want f1 to turn into a playground for secret japanese govement agencies to test out whos got the best mech and gets to defend against aliens first?

Er... Yes? Duh.
it would undoubtedly be very cool to watch but then wed end up with ajp and deggis endlessly bitching about how sticking a lightsabre up the opposing mechas arse isnt a proper overtaking move and that we saw much more of those back in the good old car days
But we'd actually get to see Coulthard beat seven shades of shit out of Massa, like he promised.

that's the only thing I'd like to watch from F1 at the moment~!
Michael Schumacher should take over so it's finally called "The Race for 2nd Place Cup."

He's staying. And judging by the responses of the ADAC and AAA this is already doing serious damage to the FIA.

I'm anxious to hear the reactions of the teams, especially BMW and Mercedes. As anyone living in Germany knows, there is no way they can afford to take this decision lightly as long as there is any suspicion of a Nazi element.
There'll be a lot of posturing from the commercial end of the sport, lots of stonewalling from the administrative end, and nothing will actually happen. He's safe.
I've been trying to sum up all my thoughts but it just ends up being way to long and will just repeat what many others have said so...

...****s sake, what a bunch of cock smokers.

I think most people already knew that the FIA was a shitty organization, but this is just mind blowing.

Only thing I'm hoping for now is that the AAA, ADAC and certain automobile brands will go further with their threats instead of pussy'ing out.
can anyone tell me exactly WHY is Mosley in so much "shit"? Does that mean if i manage somkething really big and get caught having sex with a girl/s i should leave my job? Is there no more freedom in this world? Or am i missing something?
If you were caught doing things with rather dodgy Nazi / Holocaust connections, and several of the teams that used your services were German, then yes, there would be some big shit.

Does anyone know if these allegations of the Nazi style is true...I've seen the links to the video post on other forums, but have so far have'nt have the balls to click the link.
