why i see black in mirrors ?

you've got it set to use 'virtual' mirrors.
Change it to 'real' or 'all' to get the mirrors showing the view. Doing so may reduce your overall FPS though.

About tyres, download the .dds files, and just add them into your lfs/data/dds folder, it overwrites it, and voila you have them.
