Is there a downloadable track that is a super very long straightaway that you can...
...maybe test all the cars test speed? I'm having a hard time on the kyoto ring getting some of the cars to figure out the top speed.

I just want a really long straight course that will let me see all the cars top speed
yea its called the drag strip

The drags strip's too small to even get close to top speeds like you do in the oval. I'm almost sure that even the BL back straight is pretty much longer then the drag strip. I don't see the point of running tests for top speed if they wont be usefull on the race track...
What cars do you want top speeds for? Im pretty sure you can hit top speeds on all cars with the current tracks.

Get your car on its roof, put it in top gear and floor it. You'll soon find your gear settings top speed.

Defeats the object of having miles of emptiness to play around with but let's just say you won't be getting miles of emptiness anytime soon, if at all.
Lol completly forgot bout that beefy.

I remember in demo every once in a while we would take the XRT and drop it down as low as possible and go to a curb and put the rear end on it so that the wheels would be in the air. Then floor it and ta da! You have a cheap dyno test which gives you your top speed.

but does such a track exist?

this doesnt show the cars top speed cos there is not aerodrnamic drag to slow the cars down as there is when on the move, in reality the gearing top speed and cars actual top speed can be quite far off
Top speed is useless. You should worry about elapsed time over normal distances, rather than spending 15 miles with silly gearing trying to get 1 more Newton for tractive force at whatever speed you think is maximum.
Bob Smith's VHPA analyser can calculate the theoretical acceleration times, and possibly also the top speed.

It's a mystery to me why you want to know the top speed. You can maximize top speed by setting zero wing and toe, max tyre pressure and camber, etc. But the car's handling will be awful, and so will your laptimes. Even tweaking the gear ratios for that last 0.1 km/h is useless, because you will never reach that speed on the track, and it may lose a lot of time in the corners.
try as nat(as3)! it has the longest straight in lfs
