Could anyone either tell me or point me to a tutorial for making my own background images and using them in LFS.?.

Its pretty easy.

Take a pic.

Put it in your lfs/data/pic folder

Rename it: bkg_credits, bkg_entry, bkg_garage, bkg_lesson, bkg_multi, bkg_options, bkg_setup, bkg_training or bkg_track.

And always remember to backup your files.
