Sorry for being nosy but why is he banned and how long is he banned?

He asked SamH to ban him recently. Sam refused and then Sean appeared to decide to spam over and over in a thread, and report the same post multiple times, until a link to a picture of a baby in a microwave was removed.

There's also the matter of him PMing me, asking me to ban him. Didn't he mention that? Hmm.. odd..

Anyway, I told him that he should get a grip on himself because I wouldn't ban him unless he properly earned a ban. Sometime after that, he started spamming the devs and mods with a bit of the f word, and repeatedly reporting *that* post, ordering the devs/mods to remove it and promising to continue abusing the report function until it was gone. So, in the end, I gave in and banned him like he wanted.

Sean's not banned permanently, but he needs to cool off. His behaviour and language recently has been absolutely unacceptable, and the fact that I like the guy a whole lot (and I do. When he's not being silly and acting like a fool, he's a great lad) does NOT mean that he can do what others can't on this forum. We all operate within the limits of acceptability or we're out.
