Unless you can replicate it, I'd suggest that racer was being an idiot.

i have saw the replay on 3 differents computers... it's the same thing.

Actually something similar happened in LFS GT round 5. One of the GT2 cars (#59 XFR) had their horn honking for almost the whole race. This was on patch Y.
