Oh wow. Looks real. One thing is that in the first view, the tires seem like they have a cover on it for some reason :P Specially the wheel on the front right side of the car itself. (As in fromt he driving spot at the right).

Looks alot like when F1 teams release there new cars. Very professional. Very real like in that case.

Arranging the scene around 20 minutes, I guess, rendering took *some* hours, it cleared up quite fast, let's say four hours.
Rendering time depends a lot on lighting and chosen materials tho..
