Its Lustgas, like the title of the video says.
It's similar to adding NOS but that's pretty extreme (I mean, it looks like he catapulted to the end of the drag strip. Even real life drag cars don't launch that quickly.)
Doubt the guy will release it. There are a select few who will use it to screw up good races.
