I've been dabbling with hotlapping lately and noticed that times are stored under the Nutter rank, how do you get times into the MHR ranks and what is MHR?

MHR is the "Main Hotlap Rank".

You have to upload a hotlap for 18 pre-selected combos. You can find out which combos when you click on "RANK INFO" at the top right of the MHR part.

Everybody who uploaded a hotlap for at least one of the combos is included in that rank.
