Is there a mod for a view in the cockpit that is in a different place? Where do I get it, and can I use it in the demo version.

Just set the view to "custom" and enable the drawing of the car's body (some option on the same screen). Then you can move the camera around to your heart's content.

In View option you can set the FOV ( field of view ) and you can also adjust custom view ( 2 front wheels by default )
