Hello Participants,

I have an important question and I want your input. Currently we have 33 signed up, most of which have not raced, although I have seen a significant jump in participation over the last week so we may see some higher numbers for the postponed event 4 (FXR at FE Gold) and probably the most number of participants will show up to the final round LX6 at Aston Cadet Rev. This has been a very popular combo in the past.

This leads me to my question. Currently the system will run a 32 player event (meaning 3 rounds then semifinals) if there are more than 27 people at the event. (Yes that will be 5 single races for the top 5 qualifiers but there will be 16 races round 1 then the rest of the normal event) I need to ask this question because as it is now a 16 player event take roughly 90 minutes. I am guessing that a 32 player event will take GUESSINGup to 120 minutes give or take.

With the last two event being possible that we see a lot of people join I need your honest opinions before the race. I realize that time is precious, but at the same time the automated system was designed and developed to be able to make 32 player events possible. (The old 16 player events took well over 2 hours before). So here is a poll for you guys to answer and please leave any input here.

I guess running with 32 is the way to go. If you qualify top5 in a 27+ people grid I think you deserve a "automatic promotion" to round 2.

Also no point in excluding lots of people. Although that's the rules, would be so much nicer to run a bigger event with 32 spots. But first people need to actually show up.

Exactly, first the people need to show up... But when that happens then it will be a good day. If we eliminated to 16 people it would be a very pressuring qualifying... (Could make qualifying worse though). And I am all for the 32 player event but I want to see what participants think.

Voted for 16 top racers from quali, 32 is bit too much imo and it would take a long time, even with that system, which i didn't saw yet + there's small chance of full grid.

Id like to have much more, as im not that fast, and when there are actually 32 players showing up, there are at least 16 much faster then me, so i dont really have a chance to qualify.

Yeah 32, because as stefani24 says, some people stays out by just a little bit of time that they couldnt kill, and i think they deserve the fun of the event too, and sometimes you cant qualify good... so 32 for me
