I think those two commas are correct.

Nooo - you don't forget your purse at home! One of the guys at school does that and it really annoys me!!! You 'leave' your purse at home, or maybe 'forgot that your purse was at home'

I placed those commas where I would put them in finnish grammar. I try to minimize commas when I write english (Sometimes I forget and readers have hard time understanding my text).

Our native language are finnish and swedish. We also study english in the school.

Naturally, we start finnish in 1st grade. On third grade we start to study english (I don't know the system any more. Somehow children can decide would they like to study german instead). On 7th grade we start to study our 2nd language, swedish. Yes, bizzare, isn't it? We study foreign language before we start to study our 2nd language.

Then again, swedish sucks. It is our 2nd language only because our history. I don't know the exact amount of "swedish-finns" in Finland, but it is around couple of percents. And that's why 100% of the population has to study the language... Yes, I am bitter.
