I don't know if it's a bug or it will be in improvements, so:

when you enter a name of a setup e.g. "SETUP" and then you want to rename it to "Setup", it cant be done. I think it will be good if we can rename capitals into small letters or small into caps.

Sorry, but I fail to see what that'd do, seeing Windows is case insensitive, so an "A" is the same as "a".

yes, but in windows you can still rename SETUP.set to Setup.set, in LFS can't
