I have an 'Acer Aspire 5315', when i play in game on a server like CTRA Race1 or a server another server thats usually pretty full my laptop starts momentarily freezing and as a result i crash into other drivers, What would i need? from my computer knowledge would it be a Graphics Card (which one?) or more RAM(how much)

You're not going to be able to replace the graphics card in your laptop.

You should be able to add more memory (it supports 2 gb) but that's not really going to solve any issues. Your problem is most likely the fact that your computer is not a gaming computer by any means. I don't think there is much to do other than try turning down the settings. If that doesn't help (even running at like 640x480 resolution) then it is possible that it may be your connection to the uberweb or that your computer actually has a problem (overheating, for example.) Try cutting the resolution in half and see what that does to the gameplay.
