I wish I had heard of LFS in 2006 / 2007 because the banger community seemed to be really popular then. It's dropped for a bit now I think...

Anyway, back to the positive; there are now THREE separate banger servers to race in!

• - -Lfs Bangers- - ran by cap27 (capris)
  
• LFS Banger Racing ran by Daz#815 (Dazmyster). This server used to be UK Dirt Banger Racing until it changed earlier this year.
  
• GetWalled BANGERS ran by U4IK ST8 & JHI 144 (U4IK ST8 & JHI IRL)

I hope that with this thread, the banger racing community on LFS will become what it once was!

First off, thanks Jon, great post!

It did seem to have drop off quiet abit. When I was first on a bangers server it was run by MADMOB, that would have been early '07. After that there was a big gap until a bangers server poped up. Now with the 3 servers there is alot more variety, which is great. There are 3 main tracks and with our fig 8 you're not going round in circles all the time lol, there's also more to think about than the car coming behind you. :yikes:

So if you're into bangers, join in. Book-in to an event or just drop by and see what you're in for when you do race, hehe.:something

I'm gonna post the remaining fixture lists for the other two servers in the leagues section - it should attract more drivers! Also, good to see that the booking lists increased after I told most of the guys who were on Cap's server to come over to the Irish server

I may book in to do stuff on the IRL server, but having 3 leagues running at once for me isn't great. Mainly focusing my time on Daz's server and the graded meets on Caps server

Have to say having shunned the Irish server for a bit it's great to be back screaming round that massive Figure 8 track

The figure of 8 track is mental :bananadea

Pretty good fun when normal racing becomes boring.
