I've been getting very slow internet today, a speed test gave me approx. 400kb/s down and 100kb/s. I don't have download limits with my ISP but they have got some vague 'fair usage' nonsense in which they make no attempt to define what they might be.

I also get the attached message whenever I try and use rapidshare, are other people getting this? Or is it to do with my ISP?

Rapidshare.com has been working perfectly for me although I'm not in the Uk so that doesn't help much!

It suddenly started working immediately after I posted this having been trying all afternoon. I'm also downloading at about 80kb/s, still slow but double what it was. Seems all a bit convenient that this happened at 11pm to me
