Hmm its for about 2 or 3 months now I havent been driving. Last night I was on without any driving. Just looking around.

Feeling came back to be honest.
If only that new firmware comes out Then I suppose I be driving again .

Maybe time for some new HR skins aswell or .....
Nice to see you back on track Neils, along with quite a few of the Halfords guys.
All we need now is the Italian army back on track in force and we can have those epic Race3 nights again

Summer's coming, hopefully the Italians will spend their siestas with us instead of getting horizontal
Quote :Exactly, factoring the yellow flag in the points calculation slows progress.

No it doesnt, it gives clean drivers the chance to score as many points as lap record breakers. It speeds things up massively, no?
Well I, for one, plan to carry out the exact opposite switch in my use of time

Becky - that, I suppose, depends on whether the yellow flag modifier is used to reward drivers who do get clean races, or penalise those who don't. I would guess at the latter, if Sam says that the variable slows progress. So, if that's right, then people who run a clean race get the same points they would've had on the old system, while those who throw a yellow flag get fewer: thus, overall progress is slower, and in no situation does the modifier give you more points than you would've had.

Is this an issue of semantics?

With the changes we've made recently, yes, the difference is one of polarization.. separating the weaker drivers from the better more clearly.
You say you've demoted some people...

How bad do you have to be...?

If you accidentally had an accident () with someone that was your fault, but you let them go first /retire from the race/whatever, say sorry and give them cookies (:razz , is that 'ok', so to speak, supposing the accident was unintentional? I know that accidents are generally not 'ok' but you see what I mean...

My question is a bit vague isn't is :S

Accidentally having an accidental accident isn't a problem. Everybody has those, almost always by accident. It's what you do after that, that is what determines how the CTRA admins deal with it. We're not ogres, and we don't expect everyone to perform perfectly at all.

We get a lot of reports about racing accidents, and there's mostly nothing for us to intervene with. But if you cause a racing accident and then act in an inappropriate way, by swearing at the person, or ramming them off the track in the next corner, or often just failing to give them an opportunity to retake their rightful position in the race.. then we'll tend to get involved.

Words, words, words... how about some action? Think there is any chance a reward might be in place for me when my Gold license comes in a few weeks?
