No, they`re only part of the bloom mod (or perhaps some dashboard hack). They don`t come standard with any LFS install.

I am assuming you`re not talking about the ones in your Windows folder.

It's clear now. I dislike that text upper left side in LFS main menu. Deleted those files and text dissapeared.
