While launching LFS I expressed this problem and the program did not run also I tried to launch rfactor and the same msg, but rfactor said activex 9 not found, any help ? cuz I have league tomorrow. This is LFS msg Attached images
First of all, try a reboot. If that doesn't solve the problem, reinstall DirectX 9 and your gfx driver.
