I think that major skin changes should be disallowed, or no more than 2 skins (eg. 1 skin for normal races and 1 for the all-star.)
But, if you undergo a team change, you can change your skin.
It's kind of annoying when people are changing their skins every single race, and confuses people watching broadcasts (wherever they are)

I agree, but I'll be more lenient. Limit is 4 skin changes (including one for the all star race)

I think there should be a good reason to change skin...not like:"oh lok my skinz made it today, evry race i race teh new skin so cool eh"
From my point of view: you create a league skin, then drive it in the league not like new skin every day, mostly skins like that are also below of every good taste!
But i don't make league rules, just following common sence...
