Hi

Over the past week when i try to open my mouth i can only get it half way if i try any harder it Kinda cramps up but i can continue moving it afterwards whcih means it isnt a locked jaw, I am currently wearing braces but that wont change anything maybe i need a biteguard

When i open my mouth it kinda makes a squeak sound ive got no clue

Please help me

Yes I will tommorow it goes away all the time though like id wake up next morning and it would be fine

Maybe you're just grinding your teeth a lot? The doc will tell you if so, it's easily visible from the wear it causes to teeth.

I have no idea if wisdom teeth could cause something like that as mine just grew like the rest of the teeth without any complications sometime in my teenage years.

Sure you can - I recall having all of mine fully grown out when I was about 16 or so.

Had mine removed when I was 29 - was easy peasy.

So I might need my wisdom's out .. Great that will be fun

I hope it dosnt resort to that im speaking to my orthodontist tommorow

This used to happen to me sometimes, i would wake up in the morning, and i would only be able to open my mouth about halfway. So one morning i just tried opening it all the way, then it cracked and it was fine from there on in :/

yea mine did this but it got stuck and its been like that ever since it un cracks every now and then
