just bought a set of custom pedals for the g25 got the accelerator 1 on but all the other hex key things are solid i cant get them un done i tried the drill and everything any ideas??
They applied some sort of loctite or epoxy but i did not had any problems reconfiguring my pedal position (i swapped things around) using a torx bit. A drill is absolutely not a thing to use here since they are not that tight in my opinion. I have two G25 pedalsets and had no problem at all unscrewing those pedals. They just need a little tap to break lose.
I've already read the other topic you started and probably you completely busted the head already, possible damaging the threads on the support too while drilling it out so to replace it with the same type of screw ain't gonna work either. You probably need to tap new threads with a slightly larger diameter or use nuts 'n bolts instead (lol)
But still, i also would like to see some pictures, even if its just for the fun of it :P
