Just asking you guys to say what you version of Dreamweaver do you think is the best. I have a book what was published in 2007 and talks about Dreamweaver 8 but I don't know what version is the best to use, so what version do you recommend and why?

I use MX 2004, but rarely. Its the only version I've ever used. It does what it needs to do I guess.

I'm using CS3

If you have a book that tells you how to use DW8, wouldn't DW8 be the one to go for?

Very true I was thinking that because I can learn how to use that then move onto the latest versions.

If theres any new bits, you'll find them out sooner or later after learning the older version.

I still use MX 2004. I`d probably have at least trialled a later one if it hadn`t changed ownership.
