well i download the patch from from lfs.net but when i start up LFS i want to goto multiplayer i get a screen with a few download links but non of them would work could any1 help me

Do you have "lfs_restart.exe" in your LFS folder? If not then it's probably best to re-download LFS as who knows what other important bits you've deleted.

ok ill try that but will i lose all my skins/setups?

Yes. You could try copying "lfs_restart.exe" accross from the new copy to your old copy though if you don't have it.
