Hello, ok technically this file isnt missing, its just wrong. My cfg only has one line of cfg(or whatever)that says: Start Windowed 0

Now the game runs fine but i cant edit it and csr isnt working.
please help

EDIT: It's got some of my settings for you so let me delete them.

EDIT2: It's got a lot of my settings custom the way I like it so ingame settings will have to be changed if necessary.
