Background
For a few races now I've been concerned about the standards of driving from some drivers in OLFSL. I've put together a video with a small sample of incidents from the latest pool 2 race to illustrate my concern. The drivers are not relevant, it's the interpretation of the rules which I wish to illustrate. Mostly these relate to the rule "Take care to race clean/fair, i.e. do not hit other cars", but also "For further quideline to clean and fair racing, check Clean Racers Club rules in LFS Manual (you are expected to be able to race fair and clean)."

Case 1
The guilty driver hits the innocent driver on the last corner of lap 1. With a long straight after the corner, there's no need to be getting tangled up. But having taken the innocent driver out, the guilty driver should let the innocent driver regain his position. This could not be clearer in the CRC rules, "CC-1: If there’s contact between drivers that doesn’t put either out of the race, but results in the guilty driver making up places on the innocent driver, the guilty driver should make the contact concession of allowing the innocent party to pass freely to re-establish their respective positions as they were before the contact."
Case 2
The guilty driver has had an incident and ended up facing the traffic. It is his responsibility to get out of the way and not interfere with other innocent drivers, but twice he moves into the path of oncoming cars. CRC rules state "RI-1: The onus is entirely on the driver recovering from any incident that leaves them in any way an obstacle or a hazard to other drivers, to take all necessary care, hazard minimization, and responsibility not to interfere with any cars still on the track and not part of the incident."
Case 3
Similar to case 1. The guilty driver hits the innocent driver under braking, pushing him wide. He then takes the position and drives off up the road.
Case 4
Another example of not being able to drive without hitting the car in front, adversely affecting the races of 2 other drivers in this incident.
Summary
OLFSL is a fun league, but in my opinion it is being spoilt by incidents such as these. I'd like to hear what others think about the interpretation of the rules, and whether drivers would like to see stricter adherence to the rules.
