Tbh those fps sounds about right 15-40 for the above system.

What Gener_AL stated. These 2 are the biggest reasons for your framerates. You basically don't have a graphics chip capable of doing anything as the Intel integrated is garbage. And the Celeron processor doesn't help any.

Look at the screen.. to see where AA/AF is.. This is assuming you're running the latest patch.

EDIT: I've seen there was another method, and reason for you not fininding it, but here it is.

got a pci card and got it properly installed its going good now single player get around like 260fps on LOWEST reso but i run 2nd highest now and get like 90 when i battle its like 30 and a TAD glitchy if they kent isnt lagging

LFS isn't that demanding. I played it on a 6200 & a 3000+, very budget card & CPU.
